Tooling

ESI offers a wide variety of “tooling” that is specifically designed to maximize the efficiency of our Electrical Test, Visual Inspection and Termination systems. If you don’t know what Part Number you need, you can fill out a Tooling ID Form and ESI will help determine the right part for you.

We offer three categories of Tooling:

• Belts – 75x & 3xx Termination
• Carrier Plates – 2001 Termination
• Machine Tooling – 33xx, 34xx, 35xx, 66xx Test

We have the following Tooling ID Forms available:

• 35xx Tooling ID Form
• 66xx Tooling ID Form

Once you fill out your Tooling ID Form, please submit it with samples to:
