ESI’s state-of-the-art the MM5800 dual-beam, laser micro-machining system is the premier choice for machining very high quality micro features on wide range of materials. The model MM5800 incorporates two high-powered fiber lasers specifically designed for industrial use. The system utilizes a patented Compound Beam Positioner with seven axes of coordinated motion control, resulting in no stepping time and no abutment errors during machining. The Model MM5800 system is equipped with programmable spacing between the two beams, which results in optimal machining speed, depending upon the customer part layout.
